Refund and Exchange Policy

Disclaimer on Restocking Fee for Returns

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, please be aware that a restocking fee will apply to returned items.

Restocking Fee Policy:

  • A restocking fee of 15 Percent will be charged for all returned items.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, unworn with no alterations and in its original packaging.
  • Any accessories must be included to qualify for a full refund minus the restocking fee.
  • Custom or special order items, as well as final sale items, are not eligible for return and do not qualify for a restocking fee waiver.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount processed after the return is received and inspected.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this restocking fee policy.


Order Cancellations Request.

Need to cancel your order? Please email us at rosaceaeluxurybrand@gmail.com within 24 hours using the same email address you provided during checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund right away. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:

  • Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not eligible after 30 days from delivery
  • Customers cover the return shipping cost
  • A restocking fee of 15 Percent will be charged for all returned items
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL: Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

STORE CREDIT: If you need to return your item to us because of damage or the wrong item, you will be eligible for a store credit instead.

CANCELLATION: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hrs after purchase.
