What type of hair care products should I use?

• Use sulfate free shampoo and hair conditioner to care for the hair
• After shampooing - Air dry only 
• Store in a box or satin bag away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Do not color/bleach.
• Always start brushing your hair from the ends to the root.
• No additional styling is require as the hair is already styled - Just remove from the package and its ready to wear.
• You may use an oil sheen of your choice for additional soft and shine.

Avoid using too much hair products as it may create oil buildup which will cause the hair extensions to matte and tangle. Using too much styling products on synthetic hair extensions may cut their lifespan down.

Why are my hair extensions getting tangled? It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least one time per week. Washing too often is not recommended.

How long does it last? How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. 

Can they be straightened, or curled? Yes, but If too much heat is applied onto synthetic hair, it will damage the hair. While this piece is made of high temperature fibers that can withstand heat at a lower  temperature, this is still not comparable to human hair extension and its best to avoid too many heat styling. However, you may use a hair straightener or low heat curler to style the hair. Avoid flat ironing frequently as the heat will dry out the hair and makes it tangle easily.
