STYLING & MAINTENANCE
DO:
- Add one tablespoon of sulphate free shampoo to cold water and soak for five minutes then rinse thoroughly.
- Add conditioner and soak for five minutes - repeat first step. (incomplete rinsing dulls the fiber)
- Gently blot with a towel.
- Do not squeeze, twist, brush or comb while wet.
- Hang to air dry or use a blow dryer on a low setting.
- Heat protectant must be use before using any heating tools to prevent damage to your own hair and hair extensions.
- Avoid chlorine and sea water as this will dry your own hair and hair extensions out rapidly and cause discolouration.
DON'T:
- Bleach or colour your extension
- Go into sea water or chlorine water
- Avoid sun beds
- Neglect your hair extension
Pros on synthetic hair fibre: There are more affordable than real human hair extensions.
Cons: They don't last as long as real human hair extensions. They cannot be heat styled or dyed only if advisable by the manufacture that these procedures can be carried out on the product as some synthetic hair has different specifications.
